You can cancel your membership from your online account, or by contacting BrylaneHome Member Rewards Customer Service with your request
To cancel BrylaneHome Member Rewards from your online account, sign in with your member credentials at BrylaneHomeMemberRewards.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.
To cancel through Customer Service, please call our 24/7 phone line at 877-526-5549. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online. If you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive a gift code by mail or email if you have at least $5 in your Savings. If you cancel your membership with less than $5 in your Savings, you’ll receive a check in the mail for that amount.
FBB*BRYLANEHOMEREWARD is the billing descriptor that displays on your card or bank statement when you are charged the monthly membership cost for BrylaneHome Member Rewards.

All your membership Savings, whether from 10% back through the Family of Brands, 5% back through the Marketplace, or shipping and return shipping rebates, are totaled and sent to you in the form of a monthly gift code. At the start of the month, we’ll email you a gift code for all Savings acquired the month before. You must have at least $5 in your Savings to receive a gift code at the time of your monthly payout. Any Savings under $5 will stay in your Savings until you reach the $5 threshold.

Earning 10% back at our Family of Brands is easy!
Complete your Family of Brands purchase online, over the phone, or by catalog mail order as you normally would. We’ll automatically add 10% back to your Savings. If the amount in your Savings is at least $5, you’ll receive a gift code for your total Savings at the time of your next monthly payout. No rebate claims are necessary to earn 10% back from our Family of Brands!
Our merchandise is occasionally sold by third-party retailers in the Marketplace. Please note that if you buy our merchandise from a Marketplace retailer instead of directly from our Family of Brands, you will receive 5% back on your purchase instead of 10% back.
After you shop, we’ll automatically take 10% of your purchase subtotal and add it to your Savings. Your purchase subtotal is the amount of your final, qualifying purchase after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include gift cards purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or any other fees added at checkout. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 10% back.
After your Family of Brands purchase, we’ll add your 10% back to your Savings. On the 15th of every month, you’ll receive a gift code for all qualifying purchases made the previous month. You must have at least $5 in your Savings to receive a gift code at the time of your monthly payout. Any Savings under $5 will stay in your Savings until you reach the $5 threshold.
All the gift codes you receive for your Savings are redeemable on future purchases from our Family of Brands.
Unlike your 10% back benefit, shipping and return shipping rebates for your Family of Brands purchases are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for shipping or return shipping on a purchase from our Family of Brands, you’ll need to submit a rebate claim for reimbursement of those charges. To submit a rebate claim, sign into your member account and click “Rebates” on your main menu. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to submit your rebate claim.
Once we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase, we’ll review your claim and apply it to your Savings page.
Marketplace
Our Marketplace includes 1,000 popular retailers eligible for Savings with your membership. BrylaneHome Member Rewards gives you 5% back, shipping rebates, and return shipping rebates on purchases from Marketplace retailers.
To visit the Marketplace, sign into your online account with BrylaneHome Member Rewards and click “Shop” on your main menu, then select “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.
Earning 5% back when you shop at Marketplace retailers is easy! As a member, you can save up to $1,000 per year with 5% back on your Marketplace purchases. Here’s how:
Online: Earn 5% back automatically by shopping online through your member account.
- Sign into your member account and click “Shop” on your main menu. Then select “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.
- Select a retailer from the Marketplace and click through the links to shop online. Be sure to complete your purchase in the new window that opens when you click “Shop Now”.
- After you complete your purchase, we’ll automatically add 5% back to your Savings. If the amount in your Savings is at least $5, you’ll receive a gift code for your total Savings at the time of your next monthly payout.
Offline: You can also shop at Marketplace retailers in-store, over the phone, or by catalog mail order and submit a rebate claim for 5% back on your purchases. If you shopped online but did not click through the links on the Member Rewards member account, you can submit a rebate with the following instructions as well.
- Make a purchase at any eligible Marketplace retailer.
- Complete a rebate form with information about your purchase.
- Mail in your rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation to:

Gift codes are redeemable on future purchases from our Family of Brands, including: OneStopPlus, Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherines, Jessica London, Avenue, Ellos, June + Vie, ELOQUII, Active For All, Intimates For All, Shoes For All, Swimsuits For All, BrylaneHome, KingSize and FullBeauty Outlet.
Your 5% back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other additional fees.
As a member, you can save up to $1,000 per year with 5% back on Marketplace purchases. One purchase per Marketplace retailer per day is eligible for 5% back. Gift card purchases, money orders, or purchases made using a Marketplace retailer’s bill-pay service are not eligible for 5% back. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 5% back.

Shipping & Return Shipping Rebates
With BrylaneHome Member Rewards, you can submit rebate claims for your shipping and return shipping charges. You can claim unlimited shipping and return shipping rebates on purchases from our Family of Brands.
For Marketplace purchases, you can claim rebates of up to $10 per order for your shipping and return shipping charges. As a member, you can claim $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates on Marketplace purchases every year.
You can claim unlimited shipping and return shipping rebates on purchases from our Family of Brands and receive full reimbursement for every shipping charge. As long as you provide valid proof-of-purchase with every claim, you’ll receive a rebate for those shipping charges in your next monthly gift code (please see “What is proof-of-purchase?” for more information).
When you shop at Marketplace retailers, you can claim shipping rebates of up to $10 per purchase. For example, if you paid $15 in shipping fees on a single Marketplace purchase, you’ll receive a $10 shipping rebate as part of your monthly gift code. You’re eligible to claim up to $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates every year as a member.
You must shop from our Family of Brands or Marketplace retailers for your purchase to be eligible for shipping and return shipping rebates. In-store purchases from Marketplace retailers are only eligible for shipping rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you’re charged for shipping as part of your purchase.
You can submit your shipping and return shipping rebate claims online or by mail.
Online: Submit your rebate claim online from your member account.
- Click “Rebates” on your main menu.
- Select your rebate type and enter your purchase information.
- Email your proof-of-purchase to [email protected] with your claim number in the subject line.
By Mail: Send your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase to our mailing address.

Yes, you must submit rebate claims within 60 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after the 60-day mark will not be approved for reimbursement.
Proof-of-purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof-of-purchase with every rebate claim submitted.
Examples of valid proof-of-purchase include:
- A sales receipt
- An order confirmation page
- An order confirmation email
- A packing slip
If you’re submitting your claim online, you can email your rebate documentation within 60 days of your original purchase date to [email protected]. For online claims, you’ll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Please copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email for your rebate claim.

You'll receive a gift code on the 15th of every month for all qualifying purchases made the previous month. You must have at least $5 in your Savings to receive a gift code at the time of your monthly payout. Any Savings under $5 will stay in your Savings until you reach the $5 threshold.
Please allow 3-6 weeks for all mailed claims to be processed and paid out. All gift codes are redeemable on future purchases from our Family of Brands.
All your Savings from shopping through BrylaneHome Member Rewards will appear on your Savings page, whether you shop from our Family of Brands or at Marketplace retailers. To visit your Savings page, sign into your member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu.
